Umanis' profits and shares have taken a tumble this year.
The French VAR has laid the blame on a "less favourable" market.
More specifically it pointed to "the scissors effect' of market pressures in the French banking sector and recruitment inertia.
After its H1 results, shares fell 26 per cent in five days. Umanis has now revised down its FY2019 revenues forecast to €220m.
In its FY2018 report, when it logged sales of €207m, the Paris-based firm had initially set an aim to hit €300m by the end of 2019.
