Belgian IT services provider Cegeka has taken over the Microsoft Dynamics 365 services division from Dutch services firm CTB.
Based in Ede, in the centre of the Netherlands, CTB Netherlands has a team of twelve consultants who specialise in Dynamics 365 for customer engagement (CRM) in the construction and business services verticals.
With annual revenues of €511m and a headcount of 3,500, Cegeka said the acquisition is part of its strategy to further expand its Microsoft Dynamics business across its 11 countries.
"In addition to expanding our services, customers can count on more scalability of the team, allowing us to respond even more effectively to current issues in this rapidly changing digital world," Arno Visser, Cegeka's global VP business solutions said.
While CTB's team will be quite a small addition for Cegeka, this year has seen the Belgian VAR rewarded by Microsoft for its investment in Dynamics 365.
In August, it was given Microsoft Business Applications Inner Circle elite membership for 2019/2020. This places Cegeka in the top one per cent of Microsoft Business Applications partners worldwide, based on "sales and innovation" over the previous year.
Cegeka Nederland specialises in the implementation of Dynamics 365 for CRM, finance and operations, Dynamics AX and the other apps from the Dynamics 365 range.
Cegeka also claims it has focused for more than twenty years on companies active in the food and processing industry.
