Advania has acquired Finnish MSP Accountor ICT, a unit within financial and HR Nordic giant Accountor Group.
Accounter ICT focuses on critical infrastructure services, and the buy will increase Advania's headcount to 80 within Finland
The move comes three days after Advania's Norway arm sold off its ERP business to Nordic rival Columbus, in order to also prioritise on infrastructure services.
CEO of Advania Finland Sami Grönberg said that the acquisition was driven by a strategy to increase the company's automation, infrastructure and end-user digital workspace services offerings.
"The demand for digitalisation is high and fast-growing," he said.
"With our new colleagues on board, we have a highly motivated team of world-class professionals. Together we will deliver complex and innovative projects, introducing cutting-edge technologies to the Finnish market. We are ready to add more value to our current and new customers."
Headquartered in Iceland, where more than half of its workforce is based, Advania Group is a privately owned firm with revenues forecast to hit SEK 4.5bn (€430m) in sales for full-year 2019.
The VAR previously made CPI's Global Elite report, for being one of the fastest growing resellers in Europe in 2017, growing at a pace of 60 per cent year on year.
It entered the Finnish market in January 2019, with the acquisition of another local player, customer engagement solutions MSP Vintor.
"Now with the acquisition of Accountor ICT, we significantly expand our portfolio of offerings in Finland and become an even closer partner to existing and new customers," said CEO of Advania Group, Mikael Noaksson.
