MSP Claranet makes second acquisition in a week with Ardenta buyout

European MSP boosts database-management clout

Managed services provider Claranet has made its second acquisition in the space of a week after buying UK-based firm Ardenta to bulk up its database-management capabilities. With annual revenues of £6m (€7.16m), Sunbury-on-Thames-based Ardenta is to be integrated into the Claranet Group, taking the firm's headcount to 1,200 staff serving 5,700 customers.
