Buy-and-build comms integrator swoops back into M&A action with deal for €5m VAR

Comms integrator Damovo has made another move in its ongoing buy-and-build strategy with a deal to buy Swiss Avaya partner Voice and Data Network (Vodanet). The deal for the Zurich-based company will reportedly grow its new owner's Swiss footprint threefold. Damovo CEO Glen Williams told CPI Europe that his firm's Swiss business has, to date, centred on Mitel, and that the Vodanet buyout will be wholly complementary to the company's existing operations in the country.
