Embattled CEE distributor Action finds investor for German arm
Action has been looking for an investor for its German-based arm since March

Poland-based distributor Action says it's found a potential investor for its Germany-based central European arm Action Europe. The firm claims that they are currently negotiating the precise terms of the deal. According to its own forecasts, Action Europe is expected to generate €91.48m in revenues for its FY2018, declining by 20 per cent year on year. EBIDTA, however, is expected to increase seven-fold to €440,000. It's exactly two years since Action Group filed for bankruptcy in August...
