Execs of Swiss €10bn giant SoftwareONE open up on the rationale behind their recent blockbuster acquisition

The Comparex name is set to dropped following the the licensing giant's mega merger with SoftwareONE, execs Zak Virdi (pictured) and Neil Lomax told CPI's sister site CRN. SoftwareONE announced plans to acquire Comparex last week, creating a €10bn firm with a headcount of 5,500. Virdi and Lomax didn't give a timeline for the rebranding process.
