Distributor acquires German and Dutch players in one fell swoop

Exertis has acquired German VAD Comm-Tec and Dutch distie Amacom in one fell swoop. DCC Technology - which trades as Exertis - announced the news on the same day as it reported record-high revenues of £3.6bn (€4.2bn) in its fiscal year ending 31 March 2019. Its parent company DCC stated in an earnings report that the "combined initial enterprise value" of both acquisitions is approximately £55m (€63m) and they are subject to customary regulatory approvals.
