SCC seeking 'targeted acquisitions' after record results

Birmingham-based IT group sees full-year product sales surge by 20 and 23 per cent, respectively, in its two main markets of France and UK

SCC says it is seeking "targeted acquisitions" after a rebound in product sales propelled it to record full-year results. The reseller and services hulk, which operates in the UK, France, Spain and Romania, saw operating profits rise 1.7 per cent to a record £28.2m (€30.44m) in the 12 months ending 31 March 2019. Group revenue rose by 18 per cent to a new high of £2.2bn, which SCC attributed to "continued demand for businesses seeking outsourced and cost-effective solutions for cloud and digital...
