Proact acquires €17m Benelux MSP PeopleWare
The Swedish-based systems integrator is doubling down on its core markets, after recently selling off its Spanish business

Proact has bought Dutch MSP PeopleWare for €17m, in a further sign the Nordic systems integrator is focusing on its core markets in Northwestern Europe. The Stockholm-based NetApp partner says the acquisition will bolster Proact's ability to serve the medium sized enterprise segment in the Dutch and Belgian markets. Based in Amsterdam, PeopleWare posted an annual revenue of €28m in its last financials, and has a headcount of 220. The MSP focuses on infrastructure, outsourcing and cloud solutions...
