Sophos taken private as deal completes

Thoma Bravo has completed its acquisition of Sophos, with the Abingdon-based cybersecurity firm valued at $3.9bn (£3bn). The deal was expected to be completed last week, but an issue with the Cycle to Work scheme Sophos offers to its employees caused a delay. The acquisition has now closed, with Sophos' shares removed from the London Stock Exchange. The vendor went public in 2015.
