SCC has opened a new headquarters in Romania in a move to expand its global delivery centre footprint. The new base in Iaşi, a university town in the north west of Romania, was officially opened today in a ceremony that was hosted by SCC chairman Sir Peter Rigby and attended by dignitaries including Andrew Noble, the UK's ambassador for Romania, and Iaşi's mayor Mihai Chirica.
