£1.32bn UK comms giant lands in Germany buying up an 80 per cent stake in HFO

Pan-European unified comms provider Gamma Communications has expanded into the German market with the purchase of an 80 per cent stake in HFO Holding. HFO is one of the leading SIP Trunk providers in Germany. The deal allows Gamma the option to acquire the remaining 20 per cent of HFO shares over the next three years.
