Dutch-based MSP Sentia has become a Google Cloud partner, claiming it now regards the US giant as a "serious alternative" to the might of Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure.
The partnership complements its existing status as an AWS Managed Services Partner and a Microsoft Azure Expert MSP.
Sentia claims that the move was propelled by an increasing demand for Google Cloud Solutions in the market place, combined with a growing interest in multi-cloud solutions in the Dutch market.
The firm quoted a survey from Equinix which shows that almost 30 per cent of Dutch respondents are prioritising a multi cloud approach in 2020.
Sentia also believes that more companies are moving their entire application landscapes to the cloud.
The Rotterdam-based MSP, which holds six Gold-level badges with Microsoft including the Cloud Platform competency, became an AWS managed services provider in September 2018 and an Azure Expert MSP in Denmark in early 2019.
It is one of only 73 Azure Expert MSPs globally and one of 173 listed AWS managed services partners. Sentia claims to be among the few European MSPs to be a certified MSP partner with both Microsoft and AWS.
"The partnership with Google enables us to guide customers even better through the next step in their cloud journey. We can now serve customers across the market, providing each customer with the right public cloud - or multiple public clouds - for their mission-critical applications,"said Mirco Wienen, CTO of Sentia.
