Econocom is engaged in talks to acquire a fleet of sea rescue and tow boats from ailing French marine services firm Bourbon Group. The French reseller has entered into exclusive negotiations to acquire Les Abeilles, a specialist in towing and rescue operations on the French coast line. If successful, the negotiations will result in Econocom becoming the reference shareholder in Les Abeilles.
