Distributor acquires remaining 15 per cent stake in firm

Esprinet has acquired the remaining share capital in smartphone accessory distributor Celly as it looks to merge its operations with the rest of the Esprinet business. The Southern European distributor has owned a stake in Celly since 2014, when it bought an initial 60 per cent stake in the business, which rose to 85 per cent in 2019.
