Esprinet has made a double acquisition in Italy, buying up Dacom and IdMaint to bolster its Advanced Solutions business. The Vimercate-based distributor has acquired 100 per cent of both automatic identification and data capture (AIDC) distributor Dacom and auto-ID maintenance support firm IdMaint. Based in Milan, Dacom also has offices in Germany, France and Spain. Its key vendors include Honeywall, Zebra and Datalogic. The firm generated revenues of €71.2m in 2019 and an EBITDA of €3.2m,...
