Orange has acquired a top Salesforce partner in Poland through its BlueSoft business, as it continues to shift towards value-added services. The French telco giant has acquired Craftware - a platinum-level Salesforce partner based in Warsaw, Poland. Founded in 2009, Craftware employs 320 staff and claims to design, implement and integrate CRM systems based on Salesforce. Its customer base includes blue chip companies in pharmaceutical, retail and finance. Craftware generated PLN 63m in revenues...
