Russian VAR giant acquires German partner of the same name
Softline has expanded into Western Europe with the acquisition of a German MSP of the same name, Softline AG. Softline and Softline AG were not associated before the acquisition. The $1.54bn Russian VAR has a headcount of 4,500 in the CEE, Americas and Asia.
