Exclusive Networks forms CEE unit with acquisition of €300m-revenue distributor Veracomp
Acquisitive French distributor claims completed acquisition will act as a springboard for further expansion in CEE

Exclusive Networks has created a new CEE business unit after closing its acquisition of €300m-revenue cybersecurity and cloud distributor Veracomp. Veracomp will continue to trade under its existing brand for now. However, a rebrand to Exclusive Networks CEE is being planned. The Poland-HQ VAD has a headcount of 400 employees in offices in 10 eastern European countries. Exclusive Networks CEO Jesper Trolle said the acquisition will be used as a base for further expansion across CEE markets....
