CrowdStrike snaps up cloud management start-up for $400m
UK-HQ firm the latest to be bought out by US security vendor giant

CrowdStrike is set to acquire UK cloud management start-up Humio for $400m. London-based Humio was founded in 2016 and specialises in cloud log management and "observability" technology. The deal is expected to close during the cybersecurity vendor's Q1 of its fiscal 2022. CrowdStrike intends for Humio's offerings to bolster its eXtended Detection and Response (XDR) capabilities by taking in data and correlating it from any log, application or feed to deliver insights and real-time protection....
