US vendors announce intention to become single entity

StorageCraft has been acquired by backup specialist Arcserve which it claims will create the "most comprehensive" global provider of data managent solutions. Billed as a merger between the pair, StorageCraft will be rebranded as ‘StorageCraft, an Arcserve company'.
