CMS Distribution makes German acquisition
Anglo-Irish distributor now has a direct presence in eight countries following acquisition of Bavarian sysob

CMS Distribution has expanded its direct European coverage to eight countries with the acquisition of German security, networking and enterprise tech distributor sysob. Based in Bavaria, sysob has annual revenues of over €30m and 36 staff. Serving around 2,000 reseller partners, its key vendor franchises include Okta, Pulse Secure and Yubico.
