TietoEVRY has closed the sale of its oil and gas software business to Aucerna, a Quorum Software affiliate, for €155m. Revenue of the divested businesses amounted to around €50m in 2020, with a staff headcount of 430. The Finland-HQ partner says it will book a capital gain of approximately €70m in the second quarter.
