Software solutions specialist Exact has acquired Netherlands-based go2UBL in a bid to further support the digital transformation of its customers. Financial terms of the deal have not been disclosed. go2UBL bills itself as a specialised software provider that converts scanned documents into Universal Business Language (UBL) format which can be used in accounting programs.
