Exclusive Networks set to be valued at €2.1bn in planned IPO

Exclusive Networks has issued an indicative offering price range of between €20 and €24 per share and is seeking to raise more than €400m in its initial public offering on Euronext Paris. The French cybersecurity distributor announced earlier this month that it is to list on the Euronext Paris Exchange, with the pricing of the offering expected to take place on 22 September and conditional trading of the shares on the regulated market expected to start on 23 September.
