Australia's archTIS swallows Cipherpoint European business for $1.4m

Canberra-based archTIS has acquired the European operations of Cipherpoint Limited's software division for $1.4m (€1.1m). Established in 2010, Cipherpoint claims to provide solutions that help businesses and governments identify, protect, and control access to sensitive information. It has offices in Australia, including its Sydney HQ, Europe and the US.
