'Five consecutive quarters of positive year on year growth…Such momentum has never been seen' - IDC

More than a year and a half removed from the onset of global Covid-19 lockdowns, PC monitor shipments continue to rise as the pandemic has drastically altered a formerly flat market.   That is according to IDC, whose data shows that global shipments of PC monitors reached more than 35 million units during the second quarter of 2021, gowing 11.2 per cent over the same period last year - the first full quarter of Covid-19 lockdowns.  "The second quarter capped five consecutive quarters of...
