NTT chooses remote work as the norm with employees able to 'choose their own workplace'

NTT Group is to allow staff to "choose their own workplace" as part of a new management style it claims is "suitable for a decentralised network society". The Japanese-headquartered group released a statement which outlined the need to adapt to "social and economic environment changes" such as digital transformation and "post Covid-19 environment changes" like increased decentralisation. As part of this focus, NTT Group says its workforce of more than 300,000 will be "premised on remote work"...
