Advania completes its acquisition of Visolit

Swedish VAR Advania has closed on its acquisition of 100 per cent of the shares in Nordic IT services provider Visolit. Advania claims the combined group will have a turnover in excess of SEK 9bn (€882m) and a headcount of approximately 2,550 employees. It added the merger will leverage the expertise of both Advania and Visolit to offer a "broad and deep" range of IT services tailored to each customer with the aim of establishing "the preferred" Nordic IT services provider.
