Softline announces $400m IPO

Softline has announced it is going public on the London Stock Exchange this month, with the aim to raise around $400m (€345m). The funds from the IPO, which was first announced 30 September, will be used to further develop and execute the group's growth strategy, which includes continuing acquisitions.
