Unisys snaps up French UEM expert to ramp up end-user experience solutions

Global IT solutions company Unisys Corporation has bought Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) specialist Mobinergy. Unisys said it is funding the transaction with cash on hand and will focus on growing Mobinergy activities globally to expand its UEM business. Founded in 2016, Mobinergy, has operations in France, the UK and Germany. Unisys claims the buy will help it address the $3.4bn (€3.012bn) UEM market, which is expected to grow at a 32 per cent CAGR through 2027, according to Grand View...
