Telefónica Tech UK&I boss Martin Hess gave an update on how Cancom's UK&I business unit expects to continue to operate "independently" following its acquisiton three months ago in an interview with CPI's sister site CRN UK. Telefónica agreed to acquire Cancom UK and Ireland from German VAR Cancom Group for €398m (nearly £340m).
