
Telecom Italia (TIM) has announced a company restructure and the appointment of financial advisors to advise on the €33bn takeover bid by KKR. Goldman Sachs and LionTree have been selected by Italy's largest telecoms group, while Gatti, Pavesi, Bianchi and Ludovici law firms have been appointed as legal advisors.
