OVHcloud signs 15-year deal to power its French data centres with renewable energy

European cloud provider OVHcloud has inked a 15-year renewable power purchase agreement with EDF Renewables. EDF Renewables is a wholly owned subsidiary of the French utility EDF Group, specialising in renewable energy production.  Based in Paris, it operates in Europe and North America and says it is growing into emerging regions such as Brazil, China, India, South Africa, Australia and the Middle East.  Under the deal, OVHcloud will be supplied with solar-generated renewable energy...
