Atos welcomes new chief executive following unexplained departure of previous CEO

Rodolphe Belmer has taken the helm of French systems integrator Atos as its new chief executive officer, effective from 1 January.  Belmer replaces Elie Girard who stepped down from the position in October after two years in the top role.  Girard first joined the Euronext Paris-listed company in 2014 as its group deputy CFO, going on to hold further senior positions including CFO, deputy CEO and finally CEO in October 2019.  Atos has not disclosed the reason behind Girard's departure...
