US data analytics vendor Qlik to go public

Philadelphia-HQ Qlik announced plans to go public with an IPO of its common stock. The business analytics and data integration software vendor said it had confidentially submitted a draft registration statement with the US Securities and Exchange Commission. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined. Qlik expects to complete the public offering following the SEC review process, subject to market and other conditions...
