
Enterprise cloud software company Anaplan has entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by private equity powerhouse Thoma Bravo for $10.7bn (€9.6bn). This latest buy follow's Thoma Bravo's April 2021 acquisition of Proofpoint for $12.3bn.
