Switzerland's Astrocast snaps up Dutch IoT MSP Hiber

Nanosatellite IoT network operator Astrocast has acquired Netherlands-based IoT-as-a-Service provider Hiber.  Under the agreement, Astrocast will acquire all of Hiber's shares in exchange for the issuance of new Astrocast shares, representing 16.5 per cent of its share capital. Hiber's shareholders have also agreed to invest €10.45m in Astrocast's public offering.  Hiber is a Dutch IoT solution provider.
