The French government is considering approving the sale of French solution provider Atos' cybersecurity arm to fellow-French firm Thales, according to local French business publication BFMTV. It comes after a month of big changes at the €11bn-revenue French partner. Eleven days ago, Atos' board announced that it intends to split the company two businesses.
