
US-based IoT specialist Telit has agreed to buy the mobile IoT business of French vendor Thales. The proposed transaction includes the Euronext Paris-listed group's portfolio of wireless communication modules, gateways, and data (modem) cards, ranging from 4G LTE and LPWAN to 5G.
