KKR completes takeover of Barracuda from Thoma Bravo

Global private equity firm KKR announced its investment funds have completed the acquisition of Barracuda Networks from Thoma Bravo.  Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The deal was first reported in April with Reuters valuing the buy at around $4bn (€3.6bn), including debt, according to its sources.  "We're ready to deliver on our next phase of growth with KKR and remain dedicated to investing in our team and product portfolio to provide innovative cybersecurity ...
