
OpenText announced it has reached an agreement to acquire data and software services competitor Micro Focus for $6bn. Based in the UK, Micro Focus is one of the world's largest software companies and generated approximately $2.7bn pro forma trailing twelve months (TTM) revenue for the period ended April 30, 2022.
