
Atos has sold its Spanish logistics software business, Sislog, to French VAR Hardis Group, two months after it sold off its global UCC arm to Canadian vendor Mitel. The deal with Hardis is part of Atos' divestment plan to sell "non-strategic assets" for a total amount of €700m by end of its H2 2023.
