HP company Apogee invests in French print solutions group MCA

Apogee has invested in MCA to create a new company named MCA-Apogee and expand its presence in the European market. Together MCA-Apogee have already acquired France-based AM Trust's print management solutions business, in a move to create a French leader in managed workplace services.
