Germany's Cancom snaps up Austrian MSP K-Businesscom to form 'major digital transformation partner'

German reseller Cancom has acquired Austrian IT solutions and services partner K-Businesscom. Cancom's executive board inked a contract alongside shareholders of K-Businesscom's parent company, KBC Beteiligungs, to combine the duo and form what they have dubbed a "major digital transformation partner" in the DACH region across Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
