Dutch MSP Solimas Group has bought a majority stake in local competitor B-Critical in order to deliver more cloud, networking and IT infrastructure projects.
The shares were bought from B-Critical's parent company, Avance ICT Groep Nederland at the end of December.
B-Critical is an independent consultancy unit within Avance, and will continue to run independently under Solimas Group.
Its consultants specialise in infrastructure, system management, networking and cloud solutions within the Netherlands.
It consults for resellers and system integrators as well as hosting providers and end users.
Maarten van Montfoort, CEO of Solimas Groep, welcomed the addition of B-Critical consultants, accredited by Microsoft, Citrix, VMWare and Ivanti, into the business.
"It's a clear investment in the breadth of our organisation," he said.
"With the present certifications, we are also able to achieve the height status of a number of our key partners at an accelerated pace. The knowledge and expertise that the B-Critical team brings is a direct added value for our customers and employees."
