NTT Data has replaced its DACH CEO as its existing boss moves into a newly created position.
Swen Rehders, who leads both NTT Data's DACH and EMEA business, retains his EMEA role but has moved into a new role leading strategy and business development in the DACH region.
Stefan Hansen (pictured) takes over Rehders' DACH responsibilities as of 1 February. Hansen previously worked at tech firm HERE Technologies for the last four years and previously held a senior role at Lufthansa Systems.
Rehders is credited with more than doubling NTT Data's DACH revenues since he joined the firm in 2015, with its number of employees also doubling to more than 4,000.
"As NTT Data DACH, we will expand our value chain and convince our customers with future-oriented offers, high flexibility and quality as before. Highlighting our innovative strength more clearly with customers and opening up new markets with our portfolio - that will be a key focus of my future work with all colleagues at NTT Data DACH," said Hansen.
Hansen's appointment is just one of several high-profile management changes at for the IT services giant. NTT's operating companies - including Dimension Data, NTT Security and NTT Communications - were all rolled into one super organisation last year called NTT Ltd. Dimension Data boss Jason Goodall took over as CEO of the new $11bn-revenue company.
NTT Security's EMEA boss, Kai Grunwitz, took on a new role as country MD for Germany at the new organisation.
