Sources claim networking giant is working on tie-ups with German and UK governments

Cisco is in the process of working on government partnerships in Europe which could be worth up to $1bn (€450m). Bloomberg cites sources who claim the networking giant is in the process of forging a link with the German and UK governments to test new products, train techies and invest in start-ups.
