Germany's Bechtle anticipates Q3 COVID-19 recovery

Preliminary quarterly numbers reveal DACH reseller has recovered from the peak of COVID-19 disruption to orders

German powerhouse Bechtle has revealed it expects both its top and bottom line to rise in Q3, marking a recovery from the summer during which the reseller faced extreme pressure as COVID-19 lockdowns hit hard. Preliminary figures from July to September, show Bechtle anticipates revenue to increase by 7 per cent year on year to €1.37bn, while operating income (EBIT) will shoot up double-digits by 20 per cent to €70m.
